Fraud Warning! Custom Engraving CO

I ordered two custom license plates from the company Custom Engraving CO on September 7th, 2009. They were supposed to email me within 14 business days with the shipping information enclosed. After the 15th day, I called the company and they said it would be shipped within 24 hours. A full week goes by and I call the company back, same brush-off as before "it will ship within 24 hours." Meanwhile, the company charged my credit card before the order was shipped the day after I ordered the plates (Sept 8th). I called the company at least once per week asking about my order, and each time they brushed me off with a lie that it was about to ship. October 7th comes, now it's a full month and still when I call the company they say the item is about to ship (keep in mind, for a full month they used the same lie about it being ready to ship). Toward the end of October I call the company and tell them if they don't ship my item that week, I wish to cancel my order. The person on the other end refuses to refund me my money, stating that the item is ready to ship. I tell her that if I do no receive my item within a week, refund me. Two weeks pass and still no package, I call them up again and demand a refund, to which they mocked me stating that they would never give me a refund.

In the beginning of November, I called my credit card company's fraud department, reported them and asked for a refund. About a week passes and my credit card company sent me a letter in the mail stating that they looked into the matter and have refunded me the $52 that Custom Engraving CO stole from me.

Be warned, never by from this company. They are a huge scam.
