Unfortunately, the email was sent from Amazon and not from the seller, so I had no contact information to get in touch with them. However, I know one thing; this sort of behavior has never happened from anyone I dealt with on Amazon.com before. Normally, if there is a problem (and it's rare) the seller emails me letting me know the situation. Then new arrangements are made. The seller doesn't just outright cancel the order without first discussing it with the buyer. This seller just made themselves look bad by canceling the order without first notifying me there was a problem. It is sellers like this that make me not want to ship online anymore. I will continue to shop online, just not from DreamBargains/BargainCell ever again.
