I thought everything was fine, they emailed me saying the item was shipped on June 25th. Then on June 30th, I receive another email saying the item was canceled for not replying to the email saying it was shipped. What did they want me to do, reply saying "thanks for shipping," that is so egotistical. They canceled my order for that? That is not the way to do business!
Who in their right minds thinks "gee, I received an email saying my order was shipped, I better rely to it or the merchant might get angry and cancel my order." No one thinks this way, and it's unrealistic of Netdealz to expect people will!
This is the email I received on June 25th, you tell me if you think it warrants a reply:

The email address this originated from: neil.mcquiggan@yahoo.com

Was this issue ever resolved? Crap! I just ordered from them like two days ago. I got an e-mail saying my item was shipped and replied (just in case) after reading this.
No, it never was. They never resolved my issue.
They did the SAME thing to me! Only they refunded my money, or at least they SAID they did, I haven't checked yet. I'm FURIOUS! I purchased a wii game that my daughter wanted for Christmas, ordered it through amazon.com, netdealz, got an email on Dec. 15th saying it shipped. I never received it so on Dec. 20th I sent an email inquiring as to the delivery or possibly a tracking number. I received no reply until today, the 23rd which is only 2 days before christmas, a quick line that said "I never received a reply to your email so therefore I am refunding the charge. Sorry, Linda" Who the heck is Linda, what company is she from and what is she talking about??? What the heck are these people doing? Seriously, my daughters Christmas is going to be ruined. I'm writing to Amazon about them and the BBB. Horrible!!!
That definitely makes me nervous. I received the e-mail on 3/21 saying my order was shipped. I still have no tracking #. Interestingly enough at the bottom of the email I received it says "do not reply to this email...."
it's some kind of scam they also list games for 999.00 i bet it's money laundering..for sure
