Story not interesting enough for Help Me Howard and 7 On Your Side

Last year I sent my story to both Help me Howard and 7 On Your Side - neither of which got in touch with me about it. I sent the 7 On Your Side one via email, so I'm not sure on their policies. However, when I called to send the story to Help me Howard via telephone, the automated voice said "If we find your story interesting, we will contact you." - The keywords being IF and INTERESTING.

My story is this:

The City University of New York (CUNY) hid the fact they were overcharging me on tuition through secretive code in the bills. Unless you were on the "inside" and knew what all the secret code meant, you had no idea what you were being charged for. Going from a SUNY school (which only charged around $300 per class) to a CUNY school (which was charging $1,080 per class), I assumed since it was in the city, it was more expensive. You also have to keep in mine that I have a learning disability which skews the reality at times, so looking at the bill it seemed normal to me; I didn't think to question it. When one of my Greek friends at the school informed me I was paying the same "out of state" tuition she was, I immediately went to the registrars office to get it fixed. Although they did change it to in-state student, so future semesters would be charged less, they refused to refund me for past semesters. Nearly $5,000 was stolen from me due to CUNYs error in having me down as the wrong type of student. They claimed they sent me paperwork to declare that I was an in-state student, they never did. Then they claimed they wouldn't refund me because I took too long to ask for a refund, but I asked as soon as I found out. I would have asked sooner, but I didn't know due to their coded bills.

I was even harassed by CUNY and told if I didn't stop calling them to ask for a refund, they would have me arrested. Not only are they holding my money hostage, they are doing anything they can to shut me up and keep this story out of public ears. I'm surprised they didn't have me killed yet. What CUNY is doing is wrong, and I can't get help from anyone. Help me Howard should change his name to I may consider it if it's interesting and will help my TV ratings, Howard
